 Thanks to the generosity of the Chattanooga Track Club and the Sports Barn, the 2004 Bridge Run, to be held Thursday, May 12th, will benefit MAKUS. The 4-mile run (8:00 PM) and 2-mile Fun Run/Walk (7:30 PM) begin and end at the Sports Barn Downtown on Market Street in Chattanooga. Registration begins at 6:00 p.m. The entry fee will be $13 those who pre-register and $15 for those who register after May 8th. T-shirts will be given to pre-registered runners on the day of the race. Late registrants will receive shirts at a later date at the Sports Barn Downtown, and must be picked up by May 30th.
Awards in the 4-mile race will be given to Top Overall Male and Female runners, Master Male and Female runners, the males and females in each of the following age groups: 14 & Under (3), 15-19 (3), 20-24 (3), 25-29 (3), 30-34 (3), 35-39 (3), 40-44 (3), 45-49 (3), 50-54 (3), 55-59 (3), 60-64 (3), 65 & Over (3). Awards in the 2-mile race will go to the Top Overall Male and Female runners. Awards in the 2-mile walk will be presented to the Top Overall Male and Female walkers. There will also be awards presented to the TOP fundraisers.
